First ensure relevant ink tanks
First remove all the ink's , now take a paper towel (and make it very wet with the solvent) and apply it to tray where the ink tanks sit (see attached image) , let the solvent seep in for a few minutes, install inks again and attempt print again , it should be very lite the first few times.
